Private Equity Investment Intern
CataCap is looking for ambitious students to join our investment team for a 1-year full-time internship, starting 1 September 2025.
You will be part of a dynamic and high-paced environment, offering attractive development opportunities relevant for careers in private equity, management consulting, and investment banking.
YOUR ROLE AT CATACAP
We offer top performers the opportunity to join our investment team and gain first-hand experience with private equity. As an Intern, you will be an integral part of CataCap’s day-to-day operations and participate in investment processes. The position comes with multiple responsibilities including:
▪ Identifying and assessing new investment opportunities
▪ Financial modelling and valuation
▪ Participation in due diligence processes
▪ Preparation of investment proposals, market studies as well as investor material
▪ ESG due diligence, reporting and various other ESG-related tasks
▪ Admin tasks and ad-hoc projects

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are self-motivated, have a proactive mindset, and consider yourself a team player. You have a genuine interest in private equity and sees a challenge as a chance to learn.
Furthermore, you are result-oriented, dependable, and have an eye for detail.
You are studying business and/or finance and are about to finish your bachelor’s degree and you are fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.
