Investors

Group of investors

CataCap Fund I has a total commitment of DKK 1.1bn

The partners and, to a minor extent, the Operating Partners of CataCap are required to invest alongside the fund. Accordingly, the partners receive returns on CataCap’s investments.

Returns on the partners’ investments comply with the market practice within such schemes and depend on the investors’ returns. The partners will not receive payments under their incentive programmes until all investors have received repayment of their investments including all costs plus a preferential interest of 8% on all such amounts.

The significant co-investment by the partners ensure a high degree of common interests between investors and partners.
