CataCap further expands the organisation

Frederik Oliver Busch takes up a position as Associate as of 1 May 2013, and Bertil Kristensen Jessen & Andreas Horwitz join the organisation as Analysts in April.

Frederik joined CataCap as an Analyst in November 2012. Frederik will be part of CataCap’s project team with a particular emphasis on business development projects in the portfolio companies, sourcing new investment opportunities and analysis and research assignments related to CataCap’s investment activities.

From 2008 to 2010, Frederik was a Junior Analyst in the Structured Finance Department at HSH Nordbank working with a.o. leveraged finance of private equity buy-outs. Moreover, Frederik has taught micro- and macroeconomics at the University of Copenhagen and CBS.

Frederik holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and will, come June 2013, attain an M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Bertil will provide assistance in relation to CataCap’s investment and business development activities with market and business analyses, valuations and other execution tasks.

From 2011 to 2012, Bertil worked at Novo Nordisk Corporate Financial Planning and from 2009-2010 he was a Key Account Manager at the Danish business daily, Børsen. Prior to this he worked as a B2B Account Manager covering various analytical tools offered by Børsen.

Bertil is currently finalizing his B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School and will continue his studies at the M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance program.

Andreas will provide assistance in relation to CataCap’s investment and business development activities with market and business analyses, valuations and other execution tasks.

From 2011-2012, Andreas was a consultant at Human Interact and from 2009-2010 he served at The Royal Danish Army and afterwards at The Royal Danish Army´s Sergeant School.

Andreas is currently finalizing his B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School and will continue his studies at the M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting program.
